Hair, Lashes and Other Beauty Service 

We strive to provide quality services.  With doing so if customers are not happy, services will not be subjected to a refund but will be offered a correction only. Also stylist has been train to give the best service in the safest  way. With doing so stylist will not be responsible for any allergies or sensitivity with service not stated at time of service that may cause any reaction. Customers are expected to let stylist know of all any any health risk. SO making at appointment client understand that no stylist is at fault for any injuries, allgeries, or small damages called during service of hair or lashes. All stylist have been trained in safety,and disinfectant safety. NO REFUNDS FOR LASH, HAIR, OR NAIL SERVICE AT ANYTIME. PLEASE RESCHEDULE TO HAVE SERVICE REDONE ONLY. STYLIST ALSO HAVE ALL RIGHTS TO NOT OR STOP ALL SERVICES AT ANYTIME. ALL CORRECTION MUST BE DONE WITH-IN 48 HOUR OF SERVICE. DEPOSIT ARE NON-REFUNDABLE AND CAN ONLY BE USED FOR FUTURE DATES. CLIENT MUST CANCEL WITH 24 HOURS OF APPOINTMENT, AFTER THAT TIME CLIENTS MUST PAY AN ADDITIONAL DEPOSIT FOR FUTURE SERVICES.    

PLEASE NOTIFY STYLES ASAP WHEN YOU Start to have any problems with any service provided or product purchas. If any client is more than 10 mins late they will be charge an additional late fee up to $25 and or may need to schedule for a later date

We do have the right to deny any items that appears to be used or tampered with in any way.

Instructions for Return:

1) All orders must be returned within 15 days of the purchase date.  We provide full refund if we detect manufacturer defect.  Please contact our customer service department within 7 days of the purchase date.

2) All items must be returned in its original, factory condition, (unaltered, unworn, undamaged and with tags attached with the original packaging) as we do not sell refurbished or previously owned products.  Please make sure the wig is INTACT and the LACE has NOT been cut.  

3) For any returns, you must contact customer service department to obtain RMA number / Confirmation code.  All returns must include the RMA number / Confirmation code.  Once the returned package is received & inspected, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment account.  Buyer are responsible for the return shipping charge.

4) Hair care & styling product, accessories, liquids, and special-order items are ineligible for return.  

5) If you’re located within the United States, we offer local returns & exchange by emailing us at cookiestylesgo@gmail.com for return instruction and information.

Once the return has been authorized with given RMA number / Confirmation code.  Assigned returned item(s) will be allowed to be returned for refund.  Please include your email address, order number & RMA number .
