NO REFUNDS FOR LASH, HAIR, OR NAIL SERVICE AT ANYTIME INCLUDING ALL DEPOSIT'S MADE(PLEASE BE SURE YOU SCHEDULE FITS YOUR APPOINTMENT TIMES BEFORE BOOKING). DEPOSIT ARE NON-REFUNDABLE AND CAN ONLY BE USED FOR FUTURE DATES. CLIENT MUST CANCEL WITH 24 HOURS BEFORE APPOINTMENT, AFTER THAT TIME CLIENTS MUST PAY AN ADDITIONAL DEPOSIT FOR FUTURE SERVICES. CLIENT'S/STUDENT'S ARE ALLOW TO RESCHEDULE BOOKED APPOINTMENTS AT A MAX OF 2 APPOINTMENT. AFTER A 2ND APPOINTMENT, DEPOSITS WILL BE LOST AND TO REBOOK CLIENT/ STUDENTS MUST PAY AN ADDITIONAL DEPOSIT ON THE WEBSITE. CLASS DEPOSIT'S COVER ALL SUPPLIES FOR CLASS, STUDENT WILL HAVE "ONE WEEK", TO PICK UP SUPPLIES FOR CLASS IF STUDENT CANT NOT ATTEND CLASSES FOR CANCELED AND OR NO SHOWS BUT DEPOSITS WILL NOT BE REFUNDED FOR ANY REASON. PLEASE NOTIFY STYLES ASAP WHEN YOU Start to have any problems with any service provided or product purchase. If any client is more than 10 mins late they will be charge an additional late fee up to $25 and or may need to schedule for a later date.
We do have the right to deny any items that appears to be used or tampered with in any way.
Instructions for Return:
1) All orders must be returned within 15 days of the purchase date. We provide full refund if we detect manufacturer defect. Please contact our customer service department within 7 days of the purchase date.
2) All items must be returned in its original, factory condition, (unaltered, unworn, undamaged and with tags attached with the original packaging) as we do not sell refurbished or previously owned products. Please make sure the wig is INTACT and the LACE has NOT been cut.
3) For any returns, you must contact customer service department to obtain RMA number / Confirmation code. All returns must include the RMA number / Confirmation code. Once the returned package is received & inspected, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment account. Buyer are responsible for the return shipping charge.
4) Hair care & styling product, accessories, liquids, and special-order items are ineligible for return.
5) If you’re located within the United States, we offer local returns & exchange by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org for return instruction and information.
Once the return has been authorized with given RMA number / Confirmation code. Assigned returned item(s) will be allowed to be returned for refund. Please include your email address, order number & RMA number.
